Welcome to Common Good Guided Membership! We know running a family business is more than just a job – it’s a way of life. That’s why we’re here to help you navigate the unique challenges and joys of working together. Our journey together kicks off with a Family Orientation Meeting, where you’ll get to know us and each other better and develop a unified path moving forward by creating a custom GPS guide (Guided Path to Success). This annual plan lays out your relational, structural, and transitional family business goals using our tools and resources. Every quarter, you’ll work with a Family Business Coach to make progress toward the goals you set on your custom-built Family Business GPS. You also have the option to add quarterly personal check-ins between Family Meetings for additional support and accountability to make sure you don’t get stuck.
